I got turned away from Joe Calloway Deal TrainingI went to the event Thursday night and tried to sign in at the door and got turned away because they were "at capacity" How was it?

A number of us attend a meetup every other week, down in Palm Bay. 

Came here to see if there were any other Tampa locals that wouldnt mind giving me some advice on maybe some great events to attend, areas to buy in, areas to avoid, and any tips would be greatly appreciated! 

Both of the ones I've attended have been amazing

I'm in the DSM area w/ a few rentals and would certainly be interested in attending that get-together as well!

I courage you to find local Real Estate Investment Networking Events because that is a more face to face approach that is often the most impressionable.

I was planning on checking the box for a 45 day close period on the contract, and in the event I find a buyer start the title and lien search at that point.
