No advice here, but my wife is from Syracuse and we visit often.

I have friends there who I visit occasionally.

You call or visit your zoning office and ask them.

If you have a good contractor, maybe he could visit some with you to give you an idea of rehab costs.

If someone wanted blueprints for the house, I'd tell them they are free to visit the county clerk/recorder's office and request a copy from them directly.

I'll be visiting in mid-February and I'd like to get some referrals if possible before heading down there.

For the investors that are investing and buying apartment complexes in several different states with multiple properties how often do u go and visit your properties ,tAlk to your property management companies and things of this nature ?

In 2018 I was living in Venice Beach California and visited the OR Coast for an extended vacation.

After closing, their job is done.And if I do have someone who is in the area I might ask them to make one visit to my property - just to make sure everything is good.
