Hello BP,I am in a little bit of a pickle...Okay not really, but I do need some advise. 

You don't need anything in writing, but I advise you to do it just to be clear.

During my last two seller appointments, the sellers actually advised me that they were speaking to five different homebuyers here in Tucson and getting multiple offers before making a final decision. 

Please don't take that last paragraph as fact, and I would advise talking to CPAs, they may know more about the bill come Monday.

Our PM has advised on holding off on communications to tenants until after the April rent is due.
