Last week I closed on another property and am up to 33 rentals and 150 storage units.Biggerpockets is still my favorite place to be!

If there is a 2-story duplex in west boulevard that the upper unit cannot have access to drier and washer and storage in the basement is it worthwhile pursue this property and in what reduction in the price? 

There is also small storage units the tenants can rent out too.

He uses the other 2 garage stalls as storage for his plumbing stuff (almost impossible to walk around) and has several cars (buried in the snow) and even a semi-truck on the property as a storage unit.Our initial plan was to fix up both units and the refinance them separately and attempt our first BRRRR.

@Davide Formica switching to ceiling height upper cabinets is a great way to add storage in kitchens that lack cabinet space.

If i were in yall shoes, I would look into getting a HELOC on the property that is paid off and then using that cash to invest in the surrounding areas ( an hour or so radius from where yall are).

If you were in my shoes, have found success in real estate and have a good idea as to what I should be doing next, I'd really appreciate the help.

However,   4 of 9 units were (IMO) substandard in various ways  including things like bathroom separate from rest of unit,   weird tiny shower stalls,  and one unit with 6 foot ceilings ;  likely a converted storage area;  odd since it was on 2nd floor.   

Examples include small self-storage facilities, automotive/work shops, land for creative usage (outdoor parking, storage, etc). 

I own a storage facility and discovered some squatters shortly after the lockdown.
