Their lease is up end of day today and I was just at the house- there is no way all their stuff is going to be moved out by EOD.

Look for parks, schools, groceries, and local hangouts—these things matter!

You would need to look in Mesa and Phoenix for 4-plexes, and even those kinds of deals  have been harder to come by the last year or two.
