I'm close to pulling the trigger to go full in to becoming a real estate agent, and I just want to see what is an agent's typical day like.

It is almost like they atre trying to add vague terms to allow some way to claim the escrow.I can pull the plug and use my lender to pull the plug immediately and not even allow the dispute process to happen.

DOS = due on sale.After all the shenanigans they have pulled why in the world would you deal with Wells Fargo?

The tenants are now gone and we pulled up all the carpet, had the vents cleaned, used an ozone generator and we still have an odor coming from the cold air vents. 

I have $20k I am putting into the deal, and the plan is to put a mortgage on the property when it's complete and pull our money out.

I had been researching and studying for a few years before finally pulling the trigger but definitely a good decision. 

Now its just a matter of getting the courage to pull the trigger and to start looking for a place.

Most of these search companies all pull info from the same 2 or 3 databases. 

I’ve been talking to them and looking at pulling the trigger this year- but would definitely pause to hear your story!
