They get all their misinformation from gurus promoting their classes and their click bait.

That number should be on any quote you get from them, any promotional material, any professional vehicle.

You often see the same thing from promoters and individuals here on BP who get paid referrals to push investors in certain directions.  

You're always promoting landlord/tenant and landlord/community relations.

If I understand what you are asking right, there are a lot of companies (relatively of course) out there who do that and promote it as a great deal to buyers.
