Hello everyoneMe and my partner moved to North Jersey from Manhattan one year ago and looking to get into flipping homes in the area.

It is really about partnering with the right person.  

We just assisted one member of our team in doing so over the last four months and are partnering with another currently.

As a recent graduate with no prior REI experience, I am curious whether I should be putting more of an effort into finding a more experienced partner or simply doing the research and going at it alone.

Currently I am partnering with my parents (experienced RE investors) on my first two deals.

Accountability partner- sometimes you need someone to light a fire under your butt to take action, so you do what you need to do.I'm probably forgetting some things and not doing the gurus justice... lol... but I would say the personalized support and the hand-holding are the biggest benefits.
