If you put in managers and food cost goes up you are not making much money maybe 40k to 50k gross with high volume stores.I had a friend I have not talked to in years that owned over 20 of them.

You can even get creative and make some extra side cash by doing some food delivery with uber eats or door dash while also driving for dollars.

At this moment this house does not qualify for morgage criteria of the Mexican banks, mainly because there is open space missing needed to reach a ventilation.
