We could offer a furnished bedroom with it's "own" (it's the 2nd bathroom in the house, so unless we have guests it's rarely used).

We have a beautiful turn key property in Kissimmee ideal location near Disney that we are contemplating selling next spring once our current guests leave (we had a longer term renter book). 

Term is up in October, maybe best to continue with the status-quo until then?
