Additionally, the links they have listed to local landlord communities all come back to the same page prompting a registration. http://servicesforlandlords.com/ontario/As for the registration, there is a big gap between the Beginner service at a one time fee of $99 and the Expert registration at $500 annually.

I am not an expert at 2nd's (want to read from Dave Van Horn ) but from what I have learned is if you are looking to invest in NPN 2nd's it is not the wisest to do one-offs but to buy several as not all will become reperforming.

@Hai LocI agree with you that ultimately anyone investing in any market (Canadian or otherwise) needs appropriate subject matter experts (SME) to make sure they are doing things in the 'best' possible way ('best' in part depends on objectives).
