I start school at Collin College in the fall for real estate, so I’m looking for an on hand experience while I complete my scheduled courses.

Our Agent / Advisor for this project was Lien Vuong (excellent experience and highly recommend if you are in the Greater Boston Area).

House hacking will also give you some personal "property management" experience.

Hey Michael, my experience/knowledge with the UC Campus has been nothing but demand demand demand, to the point that owners don't have vacancy for years.

So out of the inflated cleaning fees, both the worker and owner earn less AND could experience reduced NET occupancy due to the overall cost of stays being less competitive. 

Just completed my first deal so I have limited experience, but I'm always cool with connecting with other investors.

The major downside is the rugged road through the property.Given these two options, I'm just curious what you guys and gals with the experience think of it and what direction you would go if it were you in my shoes.

I'll be honest I'm not speaking from experience but more from experience from some of our past clients that have STR with private pools have said it helps their bookings.
