Onboarding with VRBO has been a nightmare... is this a general experience for others?
New to the forum and new to STR (Lots of long term experience), thanks all for the community.
First problem was a very pushy salesperson contacted me to push my listing live. I said no. It WAS pushed live and I got booked immediately during peak weekends before I had a chance to set up the calendar. Yes I did talk to customer service and I'll keep it short and say that VRBO was not willing to solve the problem - wanted me to cancel or asks guests to cancel.
Had my second stay two weeks ago with VRBO. First one paid out as it should. This payment won't post - yes I have case number and they agreed they are "looking into it".
For those of you who have experience with both - is this what I can expect from VRBO? AirBnB has been a seamless onboarding experience. TIA
