I know this; the hedge funds are flying people to the Fort Worth/Dallas Market putting them on bus tours and selling shares starting at $50,000.  

Look at how much controversy surrounds just the study of European settlement of the U.S. and their conflict with Native Americans! 

But that $12k could also pay for a European trip for my Husband and I and I would have no problem spending it.

As you grow, begin to expand those conversations to tours, comparing underwriting, and eventually LOIs!

Both has tenant screening and I posted in my listing clearly to apply first followed by touring after shortlisting potential prospects. 7 days listed, 50 application till now, 7+ applicant are prospects, 4 weeks I have before tour, as of today there are 7 homes available in the market for roughly same moving date (first week of July).Given this above statistics, there are few applicants they are personally emailing me. 

I took a two week tour around Ohio & Indiana to check out those kinds of deals myself and met some great people.  

I play these up to everyone touring the house and let them know I have offers already.
