Hello BP
Hello BP'ers Just want to introduce myself =) My name is Joe and I live in San Fernando CA. I'm Basically new to this RE game although working in construction the last 20 years i can see value and also too much work. I came across this invest in Indy page and on paper it seems almost too good to be true. does anyone have any experience with this they can share i would appreciate it. BTW i have little / no money down. any expertise would help

@Joseph Kendall I'm an investor in Denver, where prices aren't exactly CA yet but it is getting harder to find good cash flow. I took a two week tour around Ohio & Indiana to check out those kinds of deals myself and met some great people. There definitely are opportunities that seem too good to be true in comparison but are just good deals for the area. If you're interested in Indy, connect with @Shawn Holsapple and @Lee Smith .
