Go onto the clubs website my local favorite is Eastern Massachusetts REIA http://www.EasternMassREIA.com When looking at a club I want to see a variety of activities and educational opportunities.

It's a little bit less urban(some is rural) and much more affordable area than a lot of Orlando and is fairly close to the local airport and not far from University of Central Florida which is on the eastern outskirt of Orlando.

Thanks @Kelly McE i'm going to be focusing on the eastern suburbs because that's the area i know best but i'm open to most of Cleveland.
