I recall hearing a story from a manager at a conference a few years ago, he bought the contracts to 250 doors and about 1/2 of the clients left in the first quarter.

It's a little bit less urban(some is rural) and much more affordable area than a lot of Orlando and is fairly close to the local airport and not far from University of Central Florida which is on the eastern outskirt of Orlando.
