I always try to use NNN when possible since it provides the most financial advantages for the owner and protects them from fluctuations in taxes and property insurance (which is a huge protection here in Texas).

My question to anybody here is, do private lenders typically have a website or any way to verify who they are?

I assumed incorrectly as it's been made clear buyers here want a fully finished product to just move into.
