A non-legal adivice answer would be a bag or two of ice melt per year is alwasy better than dealing with a slip and fall or auto damage caused by ice. 

I set up auto pay with the banks I have my mortgages at to withdraw from individual accounts that I have set up at my primary bank where all of the my W-2 and rental income goes to.

Sam's club, etc. might have deals too.I see auto financing similar to hard money lending in RE.

You can auto invest but can lead to some shady picks.

Perhaps the rules are different with auto loans, but I have been scared to have anyone run my credit after that experience ;)As far as my credit score goes, between free viewing from the three different bureaus, free "FICO" scores from two credit cards, and Credit Karma, they were all different between 806 to 838 last month, so I just averaged a round number at 820. 

Their whole system is integrated with Podio (CRM) and has so many advanced features ie VA transcribe all calls that come in, pulls comps, auto texting to seller leads, etc, etc, etc...
