My recommendation would be to spend a little more time on your education before looking to buy something.That being said, if you choose to move to another country and choose to buy you need to do your research as many countries don't offer financing like we have here in America.

And for the aggreed value of what I purchased, you are right, I felt then that it was worth the amount agreed upon, but that was before the "Bank" the "Broker" or "Wallstreet" or whoever decided to give mort loans to the Monkeys to the right and left of me and 25-30% of the the rest of the subdivision and America for that matter a loan without checking income, credit, or even if they had a job!
