I put the property up for sale on a Sunday night, and had 5 offers by Monday and we accepted the al cash offer.

I'm from Raleigh, but personally investing in Huntsville, AL and Cape Coral FL with new construction to rent. 

Although in my office we have someone who lived in NY, CA, Tennessee, Colorado, and many other states but ended up staying in Alabama.

I live in Alabama, and it’s my understanding that If a a client can buy with another agent if they choose to, but if it’s a home they viewed with you, they owe you a commission on that home, as the procuring cause of that sale.
