You are smart and could build a team/system for any so it's choosing the one.

Are the mechanical system in stable condition?

Unfortunately, this is not  a home that I would expect to appreciate at all and its not in the best of areas (I've seen many people grading areas on this site, I'm not super familiar with the scoring system but I'd call this a D area). 

*markets usually don't just crash because they've gone up, there is usually a catalyst like some sort of stressor that is added to the system.

I am always searching more effective systems and/or patterns.

This marketing system would also cost an arm and a leg and likely not be the best for a new agent as they woulden't close enough deals. 

Good management is all about process and systems. 

Then we also had to add it to the building fire sprinkler system with 24/7 1st responder monitoring.We now get $875/month for what could have been disallowed.

Plus Austin just passed a bond for Project Connect to create a more robust mass transit system which includes tunnels underneath downtown for rail.

The system itself is cool but I had a third party handling a lot of the behind the scene work like what manychat replies to people that inquire.
