Hello All,So I'm new to the real estate world and I'm trying to get my feet wet.

The panel box in the bathroom is improperly located in a wet location (a bathroom) and the cover could not be removed due to the cabinet installed around it.

I can build a relationship with the listing agent to get pocket deals by letting him know that the profit margins are not appealing and dangle incentive carrots for him to do better.I get my feet wet in numbers for that niche marketI can continue to build a great relationship with my builders by showing them initiative because they are who I aspire to beGrow my network of buyers because they know other builders in thier category and betterWhen I have receive off market deals, they will know I'm definitely an asset because I save them even more.What do you think? 

There could be rot going on, insulation getting wet, mold forming in various places.

I've always thought that being a real estate agent would be a great way to understand the industry more and get your feet wet in the investing world by helping others purchase rental properties.

Here in MA, we commonly do electronic offers and P&S - but closing docs are required to be wet signed.Tell him that unless it's prohibited, he needs to sign up for Docusign.
