There's limited wear and tear on the rentals since these workers come home, shower, sleep, get up, go to work, repeat.Other tenant options include (if you wish to get into this) the HUD VASH program (working with homeless veterans); most of these are single veterans so they would qualify only for smaller units.If there is a college or military base near where these 2 bedroom rentals are students or young military are also potential tenants.We have 2 two bedroom houses and when these are up for rent we always get a number of calls on them.

if its the VASH that I know of here in Massachusetts as Veterans Assistance, the funding is from the government and their inspection is from the local section 8 inspectors.

She's not a malicious person and there were a lot of extra things done to the apartment to protect it against damage; or at least make for easy repairs or a simple cleaning.My true viewpoint: I was a homeless veteran when I got into real-estate (yeah...long long story) and I wanted to be a veteran business owner in the business of providing housing and better quality of life for our vets and veteran families.
