Rent, mortgages, other business/personal loans, various industries "bailed out", the fed "injecting" money into various markets.

The internet and yelp changed the food industry game, for better and worse.For the real estate world, what kind of impact(what kind of further impact) will Zillow and companies like Zillow have on the industry and do you see it as a positive and negative thing?

If anybody has a good publicly traded stock in the “prepper industry”  let me know.  

With that being said, I am looking for some feedback on some of the industries largest struggles?

I believe that us pioneers in the toilet paper industry are going to be on the receiving end of the largest transformation of wealth in human history. 

Many investors will pump this back into the real estate industry (mortgage payments or other operating expenses).

have to remember MQ is an expert expert salesmen and successful in the industry.. all industries have their captains..

I have no idea as to your professional experience but sourcing notes along with asset management with little to no experience in the industry will prove difficult.

Once you subtract any flat fee that you're paying and any marketing costs, and accounting for your time, it's often not very beneficial to try to do it yourself.I've been in this industry as an agent and investor for 15+ years.
