Surprisingly NOT ALL wanted CASH up front I would make my proposals ,let them think about it for a week or so and proceed on their wishes if they decided to move ahead .Many times they ended up better off than had they sold out everything Wholesale .sometimes I wish I had a DOLLAR for every Quit Claim Deed I ever Signed.moving on to the Commercial and Industrial subdivisions was surely an education in itself though the rewards were greater.
