I believe it to be one of the fastest ways to achieve FI and to set future self up for success (I currently am doing just that). 

Those buyers will either be experience investors who don't need their own representation or ignorant buyers trying to save a buck and might be taken advantage of by the listing agent.A portion of the people will go to the listing agent for showing but will be using their real estate attorney to write offers and negotiate.

I didn't see any - at least not yet.I think we'll immediately see an increase in the use of Buyer Broker Agreements, and we'll slowly start to see more off-mls negotiating.
