I only recently discovered Bigger Pockets while researching information on real estate investing.

We currently own (mortgage) our home but have discovered its not the investment I thought it was when I purchased it years ago.We hope to have our first cash-flowing house by the end of 2017.

(not sure if you have experience in either).According to my formula, Tulsa should be easier to find properties than Oklahoma City.I absolutely agree with you about analysis paralysis... it would be easy to try to study the numbers forever.
