It is funny how people act like tiny homes are some new concept.

I’ve been interested in real estate and the concept of house hacking since early high school, so now that I’m actually getting to the point where I’m getting serious about getting my first property, I wanted to ask a question that I’ve had and have been looking into recently.

That gives you the flexibility to feel out your money partners, prove your concept, make some money and then scale up to actually pool investor capital.

He does an excellent job of breaking down different real estate principles and concepts that you will need to know for your natioanl exam.

I figured that I could apply the same concept as I have just purchased the property and will be installing energy efficient appliances and HVAC As I need to be replaced anyways.again just being in the scheming phase I will have to let you know how it all pans out.

Not getting a lot of daylight so far, but the concept is on the drawing boards, enforced by the flow of federal grant money.What do you think?
