There’s only so much you can get from a book, video or even a seminar.

I'm not asking for a step by step tutorial but any advice (book, videos, blogs, etc.) is welcome.We are moving from downtown Chicago to St.

Showing her I was spending hours and hours educating myself (reading, analyzing deals, watching videos, etc.).
