Hi everyone,I currently own my home (primar), and have my RE license in Colorado.

After discussing with her, due to the age of the house she is wanting to get out from under it as there are some cosmetic issues about the house that would just take the time and funds to do (like replacing some of the laminate wood slats, harder to find an exact match than anything).

So time will tell if their actions live up to their sales pitch from our discussion.

There seems to be less discussion on setting up vs running the business.

I don't know much about properties in those markets.Just know Toledo and the leaky basements during heavy rain but that's kinda normal for us.Nobody spends $20,000 - $30,000 re-doing basements on these older homesGrazie 

I was about to try to get my license but a wholesaler told me your abilities in RE are limited once you do so.
