And now you are trying to police the tenants' use of who is using the washers/dryers.And if they're in-unit, you are now paying for the water for their relatives to come over and use their washers.And if you try to charge them an additional fee if they put in their own washers, they will try to hide them. 

Tell them to call the police id they have something illegal happening to report.

Usually drunk, or in a chase with the police and lose control of the vehicle.Honestly I think this was a freak incident and you were just very unlucky...if you can get through it, it wlll probably be the worst thing that happens to you for a long time.Have you notified your insurance yet?

If you have her on camera committing a crime, I would forward her information and the video evidence to the police as well.

I called the police & they dealt with the situation.

A quick search told me that Feh had a bit of a history with drugs and the police.

So, can they call the police on me if I am there working and they just don't want me there making noise?   

This was the second worst of the worst areas in Rock Hill on Police list.

I would do exactly what Thomas S. said, but also encourage them to file police report if it's necessary- there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.
