There are deals everywhere worth buying NOW, you just need a network to find them.We working on a package of 9 SFR's that the motivated owner is willing to provide seller financing on. 

If so, it may be best to package some of the properties together in a blanket loan, as they will meet minimum loan amount guidelines then, opposed to being done individually.

I can see that being the case for the mobile home itself but does that also apply to the package as a whole (land + mobile home(s))?

I've bought tax liens and tax deeds in IL in the past and like all states, IL and AZ are different.I noticed on the Coconino county website they have a Judicial Tax line Foreclosure Package.

I don’t mean a VA from the Philippines to plug some numbers but rather a truly experienced skilled underwriter who understands how to A) underwrite multi-family using a syndicate structure whether it be straight split or preferred return B)  has the acumen/knowledge to research submarkets to properly underwrite other income projections for things such as perhaps bulk wifi or smart home tech penetration If you have, can you share where you had the most success finding them and what is a proper compensation package?
