@Catherine Emert I will definitely look into jobs in that area as a stepping stone, and a learning experience.

Especially if you include new appliances, some type of stone countertops, new cabinets, etc.

When I filed my articles of organization, I used my home address as my business address but I don't want to do that on a contract, especially since I live in an apartment. 

It was also hard to keep organized.

Have yet to make any deals wholesaling just yet but would like to donate some money to a any non profit organizations in the area if I do happen to secure deals.
