Had my gals from then on call every one we where going to bid on and double check .. would run into occasionally. sometimes it was OK but other times its a non starter.  

I occasionally look on Propwire since it is free.

Hopefully I could then occasionally sip Mai Tais in the Dry Tortugas.

I do try to go to real estate clubs here and there ( the more casual ones where they don't sell stuff ....) but a lot of times it can be newer people and its great helping out and occasionally you get someone that is tearing it up and can pick their brain or just pick of their energy ( even the newer guys!) 

If you invest out of state you will have to travel to the property occasionally so it’s totally up to you.

For me it is not and while there are occasional listings where tenant needs to supply their own those tend to sit and have a lot of price reductions which I would think would put the landlord in the red vs. just buying a new one. 

What was advertised as some magic system is just a bunch of video calls where Jamil and other 'experts' basically have a podcast where they talk for 3 hours, occasionally on topic - but more often about other products you'll need to buy to be more successful.

Full disclosure, I am not in the STR business except as an occasional customer... but, my 2 cents.. 

People want to help you but it’s more like an occasional call or specific advice on one problem from a variety of folks who you know.

Lots of people here only go into the city occasionally and we have a cool work space to hook them up instead of their basements.
