some buyers will get ticked that they're paying your fee, and it's best to find out earlier rather than the morning of the closing..not saying it's fair to you, but that's the way some buyers are..are your end buyers paying with cash or financing?

I've gotten anxious about deals and it always clouded my judgement about some aspect and I ended up mis-stepping on some part of the deal.

So far we have 2 Coffee Talk Radio programs archived on Blog Talk Radio with new episodes weekly on Thursday mornings.

Any help would be much appreciated as I am writing the offer this morning with the realtor and then talking with the loan officer Monday morning about a pre-qual to attach to the offer and then sending the offer through Monday afternoon.

I had a group come by this morning to look at a house.

All and all, the property I manage had 16 skylights that were damaged (hail went right through them) and a tree that was hit by lightning that had to be removed early this morning since it was blocking a major exit.

I spend about 2 hours a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, on there and add at least 4 buyers a day, 7 days a week.

Now I just have the licensing exam which is scheduled for next Saturday morning.
