The best ways to find a local mentor...

I Am Seeking Information On Being A Great Wholesaler But I Also Am Looking For A Mentor.

This will help build those connections, and you may even find a mentor.  

If you can do this there may be lenders that are willing to take a junior position but the interest and points are going to be astronomical if you can even find someone that will do it.

If you want to go the cheap route, why not find a photography class at a local college/junior college and offer a student $100 to take and edit the photos.

If you are set in virtual wholesaling and really want a step by step way of getting there then I would recommend spending some money and getting a mentor that will give you even more laser focus.
