Hello BP,

My name is Ryan and I am a new member from Delran, NJ. I am very grateful that I stumbled upon this amazing site while looking through topics about investing in my future. I have listen to a bunch of the podcasts and listened to the no money down book over the past month which were absolutely amazing! I plan on gaining knowledge here while i start saving up and straightening out my finances over the next few months. I have great credit and will be improving that before I start down this path but I just broke free of most of my debt and only just started saving up.

My goals for the near future are to invest in a Multi Family home and house hack while i build up funds because as much as you can invest with no money ( provided you have the resources ) I assume it's probably best to have some back up funds in case something comes up with your property. Also have to build up the guts to know I'll be okay moving out of my parents house!

Thank you everyone for your input on this site because I already have learned more than I would have imagined possible!
