The 12 month lease is up this month. 

I bought the Book on Rental Properties on Kindle and on the first page is a link for a free Audiobook of The Book on Rental Property Investing, 30+ Essential Landlord Forms (Lease, Application, and More), and the Poster: The Ultimate Guide to Tenant Screening. 

They do not give a hoot.However, when you lease to them.

I have 2 renters willing to write "Promise to Lease" letters for both units.  

For large real estate investment companies (100 unIts+) with in house leasIng, management and maintenance.

I would like to take help with general suggestions, reviewing modifications to TAR rental lease agreements, short term rental agreements, sale contract documents etc on ongoing basis (either via phone or email).May I pls know if anyone can provide recommendations.

@ Whitney Small, Yes it's called lease with option to purchase or Rent to buy.

Surrounding properties were being sold for prices far above reasonable market rates and we were receiving multiple offers for high priced, long-term leases on a weekly basis. 18 months after purchase, while many of these lease offers were quite enticing we ultimately decided to let go of the property; taking our deeper understanding of the market and $2.6M sale price with us onto our next project!! 

Just to be clear, I’ll be leasing apartments and homes to host Airbnb guests.
