The BP info says to build a team when investing out-of-state, but how do you decide WHERE to build the team?

That kind of info can probably be found in the bylaws.

Where are you getting your info?

Cody, if its' listed with an agent he/she should have EZ acess to MLS listing info which will include all HOA docs. typically they are online for EZ reviews.
