The only thing I allow my tenants to do is change out the smoke detector battery and the indoor air filter.If pay the repair yourself, just keep a record of what was done and if it happens again in the near future then definitely do a tenant charge because that would be in excess of normal wear and tear.I hope that helps and good luck in your decision!

If it's not working out for either party, it's just 30 days notice to end the misery.Next, if it was me (and I hate roommates), I would put a little fridge and microwave and maybe coffee maker in their room.

The unit has also been tested for environmental issues and moisture was below "dry levels" and indoor air quality levels were okay though CO2 levels were just above guidelines in some rooms.The tenant is known to use a lot of candles, we're wondering if this could cause this.Does anyone have any ideas?

I never had a problem with cats, until we let our two strays into the house over the winter.Both used the box, one has been neutered, the other - we haven't caught him to chop his balls off yet, but we're gonna catch him in the next week or so for sure.Now we've had indoor female cats for years, and never had a smell problem with the box.
