LLCs are passthrough entities by default, so your LLC owned by you in your name will have income and expenses flow to you.

If you work with a good wholesaler or good agent, they should be able to help you make quick decisions.  

You have two ways:1) Get your own master policy and add every owner to it. - Then you get the headache of billing every owner, every month!

I set up my own LLC and am also getting spammed from companies wanting to file for me.  

I have sent him an email urge him to change them back and share them as I own the main LLC 100% and majority of the sub LLCs. 

I am in the process of gaining expertise in land wholesaling and I am seeking to establish connections with builders, real estate agents, and investors who are acquiring off-market properties.

@Natalie Johnstone I would strongly recommend you work with an agent that is a fellow investor like myself.
