I’m going to try to hunt down some meetups, if they exist here.One of the things I am most concerned about is accurately analyzing deals.

I have done 3 live-in flips in my local market but am currently on the hunt to do my first "professional" flip.

The rest are just limping along fixing up beater houses in the slums or trying to "wholesale" or hunting for the mythical OPM.

Hi folks, I'm hunting for MF (5+ units) and my current sources (MLS + Loopnet) predictably aren't yielding a ton of fruit.

Laura, its sad but some inspectors feel as if its their job to hunt and find reasons why the buyer should not purchase the deal.

I wish I knew back in 2011 what I know now; when we were house hunting then for our first house in Eagle there were lots of those in that neighborhood that seemed to sit because of being outdated; if I had any clue what would be going on now I'd have snatched some up!
