I graduate college from Bowling Green State University and am just reading up, but if you have any questions about The massillon area just ask!

It's a great real estate course be sure you get college credit for it.I think it's wonderful and you can make money renting it and it sounds like it will be easy to sellGet a cleaning person for it.

But what about the face-to-face evaluations (are they aggressive / professional / responsible / dirty / clean)?

Some of you might be following the deal diary thread my business partner @Bill Labrecque and I started for our 2-family flip in Southington, Connecticut here on BP.After closing we noticed that in the 2-car detached garage the property has there was an "All Nighter" Wood Stove in what was otherwise a completely empty and clean space. 

I pretty much just added smoke detectors, cleaned it real well, added some shelving and smoke detectors.  

Now that I officially know about the mold, I may have to pay about $20K (2 estimates so far) to clean it up, taking it back to the studs in some places, pulling back the baseboards in others, then cleaning with sporicide and doing air scrubbing in order to get an official clean bill of health since i can't rent or sell without that, having officially established that I have mold.

That added scope pricing needs to be separated from the base scope of work.I wish I had a clean, easy answer for you, but this sounds like a bit of a mess.My contracting experience is commercial, and we have a very detailed scope of work which leaves little to interpretation.  

I am probably a little green to fully answer your question, but I’d say first thing is to make sure you know your goals.

Even the work beneath the work (electrical, insulation, etc) looks really clean.

I passed my Pre-licensure course last week and today I just got the green light to take the Exam!!!!!!
