Once she understands that you aren't going into this with rose-colored glasses, that you understand the risks and have a plan to get around them, she may be more open to moving forward.Honestly, it's really easy to be supportive of a spouse's goals as long as they are some nebulous, "in the future" goals or dreams and they don't require any actual work or commitment from you yet.Be patient.

It had beautiful hardwood floors & built-in cabinetry with old lead glass doors & an old butler pantry with the same glass doors etc.We found out that the last offer of $28k was denied conventional financing because the home had a poorly built addition with mold on the ceiling.

When painting my house the painters got bright blue paint on my custom made screens so they decided to cover it up with black spray paint...only problem was they left them on the windows so now there is black spray paint on the window glass ...ughhhh
