I am just starting, trying to get on the game.
I have been looking at normal sales and there are some deals, but most are in D areas. That are huge cash flows. I am looking for my first place, but sure how to start. Was going to finance the down payment with a Heloc. Can’t decide if I should rent And hold or try and find a foreclosure and flip to recoup my money quicker to start. And repeat 🤦🏻♂️.
