The general meetings are typically the first and third Thursday of each month and are a good place to begin networking and a decent supplement to the info you'll find here on BP.My partners and I are fairly new to RE as well, but once you start taking action, it's amazing how much quicker you learn and things start to make sense.
Account Closed Turnkey properties, what happens after the first year?
27 May 2015 | 24 replies
I'll try to not be generic and over-generalize, but I keep seeing websites and offers for investing into turnkey managed properties who rent out the properties, where during the first year you're promised 10% to 15% ROI's.
