I don't want to lie because I'm looking to build relationships so I can continue to do this far into the future. 

To all my R.E experts, what type of trends do you feel will occur in the industry in the next couple of years? With so many people getting into real estate, i'm not sure if it will have a positive or negative effect.

Are you gonna use it anytime soon in the near future? 

I know there are ways to avoid this in the future, but I'm hoping to find a solution for the current situation.

There is a good side to this, having this work done will guarantee the basement will never leak again and it will be under warranty for the life of the home, it is also transferable if I sell the house in the future, making the property more appealing.

I'd like to possibly go that direction in the future - or do something like a fix and hold and rent - but at the moment, it's not in my wheelhouse.

Plus, money today is worthw more than money in the future. 

I have been reading a few articles lately that say there are some economist that they believe there will be a economic crash is 2020. How would something like this affect BRRR strategy?
