They're one of my favorite remodels to do because I know they're always going to be a good investment, people love the layout, light updates can quickly elevate the resale value.

Books are great resources and the one mentioned above is probably one of my favorites.

It was frustrating so now I book 10-15 people in a slot knowing that only 3-5 will actually arrive for a showing.
