I'm dealing with a national bank (BOA) who only seems to be able to send an auto-generated letter with my balance etc.

This is why auto payment isn't always the best route unless you have separate accounts for each property.

If they have a current auto loan and credit card and know things like the balance and date opened off-hand, they probably will go through the online questionnaire just fine.  

Hi Joe,I believe Allstate writes umbrella policies as long as you own home and auto insurance with them.  

Our prior tenant screening company provided us a report within an hour or so.Our new tenant screening company touts same day results in their advertising, their auto-generated reply indicates 8 to 10 hours, and it is taking close to that to get our reports.

When they said they wanted 2 way insurance on their auto and bumped their fists together that meant they wanted full coverage.

Any typical agent will set up the auto search function, but I see that as lazy if they are getting the commission on the buy and the sell.
