Just like the people from Texas that followed up with contrary opinions of the original statements about there being no cash flow and hating to be a buzzkill... don't want that person just taking that advice and thinking they need to pass on those markets when the information just is not correct.AS for an enjoyable guy to deal with well that depends I guess if we were ever doing deals together..

Im going to assume she is looking for people who want to buy short sales, because she knows of one and she wants to be compensated for passing along the lead.  

It had just "passed" Sec8 inspection and city inspection. 

My single member LLC is looked at by the IRS as a pass through.  

If the deal funds too quickly to do a good analysis then PASS ON IT.  

If a wholesaler lands a great deal, are they going to pass it to you or to a bigger operation that is reliable and will take every available deal. 

Although I would love to live in a great neighborhood, the 17.9k pricetag is almost too good to pass as i could rent out the other side for at least 400.
